Sewage Treatment Covers
Rubb Sewage Covers are a great solution to control odors generated by effluent treatment.
Regulators are making increasingly stringent rules with regard to requirements for covered sewage tanks. Rubb can solve this problem with fabric technology which is both economical and structurally flexible.
Sewage companies are using a variety of Rubb Buildings and covers to contain noxious odors. Covers for effluent ponds and filter beds are also in use.
Each cover is constructed of a hot dip galvanized steel structure which is mounted onto the concrete walls of the tanks. The galvanized steel can be provided with an epoxy paint finish to prevent corrosion of the framework and the framework is clad with Rubb's high strength PVC coated membrane.
Rubb tank covers can be manufactured to any size from 20 feet to 130 feet. In addition to their use for odor control, they also provide a cost effective solution for maintaining potable water by preventing algae growth and helping to stabilize the treatment process within the tank.
Any structure design can be customized to suit site, application and logistics. Thanks to our in house steel and fabric production shops, Rubb has full control over the production process allowing for stringent quality control.
