Shelter Types
Rubb produces a variety of standard shelter type buildings which are designed for temporary use but do not conform to building code standards. These shelters are designed for strength and adaptability, they are quick and easy to assemble with minimal equipment, easy to transport and available from inventory.
The TH (up to 23' span), THA (up to 40' span) and RDS (up to 85' span) type shelters are the primary shelter types from Rubb which are being used in emergency relief efforts in Ethiopia and Congo. The RES shelter is a larger shelter, designed for use in high snow and wind environments and to be easy to assemble without the use of mechanical lifting equipment. It is a large enough to contain smaller aircraft and helicopters yet fits into a single ISO 20ft container for transport.

Building Types
Storage buildings produced by Rubb are in use all over the world in varying roles, a testament to their versatility and durability. Buildings are available in several different types but are all customizable in both size and accessories such as link tunnels between buildings, HVAC systems, lighting and fire fighting equipment. The names of the buildings are TLAs (three letter acronyms) which refer to design features of that particular structure, be it building size, vertical walls, roof angles or frame structure. The BVR type building can have a span as large as 60' while the BVE can have a span of up to 70'.

Building Versatility
Rubb's ability to custom engineer buildings has resulted in solutions which offer the versatility needed by customers, such as high vertical walls and different types of door mechanisms. AVC relocatable aircraft hangars are able to accomodate two Boeing 717s side by side with room for maintainance equipment, having an epic span of up to 300'. However, the maximum span of a Rubb buildings is not a limiting factor as multiple buildings can be joined together, creating a single multi-span structure.
