Rubb Buildings History
Whether it's called a plasthall, rubbhall or fabric covered building, it originated in Norway.

Many people ask where the name "Rubb" comes from. Rubb originates from the small town of Rubbestadneset on the West Coast of Norway. Rubb products were originally developed for the harsh environment of northern Norway and were built with the attention to durability that Scandinavian products are noted for. Rubb is so prominent in Northern Europe that fabric covered buildings or plasthalls are often called rubbhalls.

Over the last twenty-five years, the company has grown into an international group of companies with complete engineering and production facilities in Norway, Great Britain, and the United States. We service and support our products directly and this gives us total control over the manufacturing and service process and ensures that Rubb is accountable to the customer before and after the sale. The Rubb group of companies has become one of the largest and foremost manufacturers of fabric tension structures in the world.

Rubb is a conservative engineering driven firm, utilizing principles that have been tested and proven over the past twenty-five years in difficult climates around the world. Let us assist in providing a solution to your need for a portable fabric covered building.
